Confirm the substrate, finish, soiling, manufacturer restrictions, previous history and expected appearance. A trial area can establish the method before wider work.

Consider elevations, faces, recesses, projections and geometry. Rope access or another method should be selected for the actual building and task.
Façade and cladding cleaning
Coated surfaces need care. Avoid aggressive pressure, abrasives and unsuitable chemicals. Cleaning is not repair. Use a trial area where appropriate.
